Banquet and Meeting Policies

Reservations for banquet and dining facilities can be made by calling EagleSticks at (740) 454-4900, extension 2.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all functions. The room deposit is equal to the room rental fee. The deposit is required within two weeks of booking an event and will be subtracted from the final balance. Reservations for events will only be guaranteed once a deposit is received.

Guaranteed Number of Reservations

All organizations must agree to pay for all number of reservations 72 hours prior to event.

Rooms and Request

EagleSticks maintains seven independent banquet areas. We reserve the right to change any function according to the room capacity that best serves all clients needs.

Room Rental

The Rental Fees for banquet and meeting space varies based on type of function and the size of the party. Meetings and private dinning fees are listed below.

On the Green $800.00 (200 person Minimum for dinner service required)

*An additional $150 fee will be charged for any “On the Green” event that requires the use of heaters.

Payment

Unless prior arrangements have been made, final payments are due three business days prior to the event. Payment may be made by check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money order or cash.

EagleSticks Party-On-Wheels (Offsite Catering Services)

EagleSticks is equipped to cater off-site events of all sizes.. We can provide food and service to virtually any size group. EagleSticks can tend to all of your needs including tables, chairs, linens and any other needs you may have. For all off-site catering, a 20% gratuity will be added. Please call our professional staff for additional information.

Service Fees

EagleSticks provides, at NO charge, white linen, flatware, plate ware and white linen napkins. We also provide the best service possible from our experienced staff. A service charge will be added to all banquet functions equal to 18% of the total food and beverage. An 18% service charge will also be added to any banquet room that does NOT have any food or beverage.

Room and Table Set Up

EagleSticks strives to please all of our guests. If you have any special consideration that is needed, please contact our personnel. Our banquet staff will provide ideas and answer questions regarding room set up that will aid in providing the best service and utilization of our space. Standard room set up includes round or long tables, white linen napkins and white linen table cloths, and full table set.

Audiovisual Equipment

Eaglesticks can provide audiovisual equipment needed for any company function. Pricing is available upon request, and must be ordered prior to event.

Beer and Liquor

EagleSticks maintains a liquor license and therefore requires that all alcoholic beverages be purchased from EagleSticks.

Bar Fee for “On The Green”- $50.00 flat fee

  • Open Bar: Charges are assessed per drink.
  • Cash: Guests are responsible for own drinks
  • Keg Beer $195.00 Per Keg for Domestic Options, Other Brand pricing by request
  • Wine Sold by the case, pricing upon request.
  • Champagne Toast Pricing upon request.
