If you answered "yes" to any of these questions then the  Century National Bank Thursday Night Two-Man League at EagleSticks is just what you've been looking for!!!

Come make friends, or create friendships where there were once only acquaintances! Golf is one of the best ways to truly get to know someone and create life-long friendships!

Cost: $20 weekly. Skins and cart fee are included in the price. There will be a $40 registration fee due at the time of registration. 

Format: Century National Bank will be hosting a Two-Man league on Thursday Nights. The nine-hole league will start Thursday April 15, 2010 at 5:15 pm and be played each Thursday thereon. After the first six weeks, we will move the league to 5:45pm.  The last league night will be August 12 followed by an 18 hole league round up on Sunday August 15 at 1:00pm.   The league round up will be an 18 hole event that will include a lunch before the event.

Should your team or one member of the team be unable to attend, your team is responsible for finding subs. Your team will be responsible for the weekly fee each week whether the team fails to show up or if you find subs. The subs may pay the weekly fee for your team, but ultimately you are responsible.  If you are unable to find subs, please call the pro shop by noon Thursday so the staff can plan accordingly. 

In order to make this league fun and competitive, this league will be unlike any league in the area. Two-man best ball, from the blue tees, utilizing handicap. Each week, you will play a match against another team, earning two points for a win, one point for a tie, or no points for a loss. There will be two 9 week seasons.  So we will have a half way winner and a final winner.  There will also be three weeks where we will have fun nights.  Those nights we will play a scramble or other fun games.

Pairings: Pairings will be determined before the league begins. The goal will be to have every team play against each other team once throughout the course of the season. This means that it will be impossible to accommodate requests for individual pairings. 

Rain-outs: A decision on league rain-outs will be made approximately one hour before scheduled tee-times. If the weather is questionable, you should contact the golf shop at (740) 454-4900 to see if play has been cancelled. If play has started and is subsequently rained out, participants will be issued a rain check for the following week. If play does not start, then the week will be cancelled and will continue the following week as scheduled. 

Meeting: An informational meeting will be held Thursday, April 8th at 7pm in Mac's Sports Bar for anybody interested in the league.
