For as long as people can remember, high school students in 11th and 12th grade look forward to their Prom. It has always been a special time and provides so many memories for students and parents alike. COVID-19 has already put a stop to many area proms, and potentially will halt many more before restrictions are lifted. EagleSticks has been serving Muskingum and surrounding counties by means of golf, weddings, and corporate parties as well as casual dinning for almost 30 years. We wanted to find a way to preserve some of these memories for so many area students. With this wish, the idea was born. “Prom on the Pike”presented by Dutro Ford. EagleSticks will be providing a “prom” experience for area students, unique in the fact that students from many area schools will attend. There will be two different dates available so that as many students as possible can be accommodated, Friday June 12th, and Saturday, June 13th.
The night will start off at 6:30PM with a promenade on the “Dutro Ford Red Carpet Runway” where TV personality Phil Sakal will be the emcee. Students will show off their “prom attire” while family and friends take pictures. The dancing will begin at 8:00PM and last until 11:00PM where Grand Finale Entertainment will be providing the musical entertainment. Students will have access to the Elegant Mirror Photo booth provided by Crooked Smile Photo Booths. EagleSticks will be providing a “Deluxe Candy Bar” as well as serving Tom’s Ice Cream.
