A Foundation Built Around Patient Wishes
Shrivers Hospice Foundation was founded in 2018 with the goal of supporting Shrivers Hospice and helping provide exceptional hospice care for the local community. Its mission became clear through the story of a patient named Art, whose love of flying inspired the team to arrange a special flight experience for him.
That moment showed the powerful impact of fulfilling a patient’s dream. From that experience, the Foundation’s Someday is Today program took flight — creating meaningful experiences that bring hope, joy, and lasting memories to patients and their loved ones.
