EagleSticks Golf Club Rain Check Policy
Rain checks may be issued when inclement weather or course conditions prevent players from reasonably completing their round.
- Fewer than 6 holes completed: 18-hole rain check
- 6 through 11 holes completed: 9-hole rain check
- 12 or more holes completed: No rain check
Refund Policy
Once a round of golf has begun, no refunds will be issued.
The only exception applies to EagleSticks Stay & Play Packages. Stay & Play guests may choose either:
- The applicable rain check based on the number of holes completed, or
- A monetary credit/refund at an approved rate established by EagleSticks management.
The approved credit/refund amount will be based on the portion of golf that was unable to be completed and must be authorized by a member of the management staff.
Rain checks have no cash value and are issued at the discretion of EagleSticks Golf Club management.
Golf Shop & Mac’s Sports Grill Purchases
Merchandise purchased from the EagleSticks Golf Shop (apparel, equipment, and other retail items) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All food and beverage purchases from the Mac’s Sports Grill are final. If you have any concerns about your order, please let a staff member or manager know at the time of service so we can make it right.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website, process payments, or deliver email and text marketing, only as needed to provide those services.
