The tee shot at number eight is not easy, but it is just the beginning. It’s a demanding, honest hole that rewards confidence.
If you miss off the tee, left leaves you a chance, but right is near impossible. The real test on this hole is the approach. The front is guarded by a deep bunker, so short isn’t good, but long leaves a near impossible up and down.

Where is the miss off the tee?
Left leaves you a chance, but right is near impossible trouble. Favor the left side of the fairway.
Is the water in play?
Yes, there is a pond present. While it primarily guards the far right, a wild slice brings it into play.
How do I handle the front bunker?
The deep front bunker makes short approaches deadly. Long is also difficult (up and down), so center of the green is the only smart target.
